Xochitl began her career in the fashion industry at the age of 19. Before turning 20 she was traveling between London, Copenhagen and Paris working on the sales team for brands such as Alexander Wang and Alice & Oliva. In her early twenties she relocated to London and became a part of ELLE Norway's blog team, writing articles about fashion and style on their online platform while simultaneously interning for companies such as Kurt Geiger and Assembly London.

By age 25 she became Chief Marketing Officer for tech-startup FJONG, which is on a mission to transform the world’s second most polluting and $1.7-trillion global fashion industry, by introducing a sustainable way to rent and share clothes. In 2018 Xochitl crafted and led FJONGs crowdfunding campaign raising 8 Million NOK and an impressive 83% female share – setting a double Norwegian record. Recently she collaborated on fundraising for Elise By Olsen's latest venture, The International Library of Fashion Research which launched in fall 2020 attracting media coverage by The New York Times, Vogue, Finansavisen and DN.

After spending nearly 3 years in the tech-startup scene Xochitl is currently an entrepreneur in residence at Antler based in Oslo, Norway. Antler is a global startup generator and early-stage VC that brings together exceptional individuals and determined entrepreneurs to work on some of the most exciting and crucial opportunities and problems of tomorrow - building businesses that can positively impact local, regional and global economies.

Xochitl is deeply passionate about social impact and dedicated to utilizing her skills within marketing, communication, branding and business development to enhance value-driven operations across industries.
